So, have fun! Dress code is either… Western (A “Pardners for Life” tradition since 2004) Safari (Hey, we are at Kalahari this year!) Or just play it safe with Business Casual!
PARKING AND BANQUET LOCATION
Parking
Park on the west end of the Kalahari complex by the Convention Center. Enter through the doors under the convention center portico.
Kilimanjaro Ballroom
Once you enter the convention center at the portico, continue down the convention center hallway. When you get to Java Express on your left, take a right, where you will continue down the escalators downstairs. Once you see the Tree of Life, continue forward and make a left at registration 4. Continue right which will lead you down the convention center hallway where you will find the registration tables for the Kilimanjaro ballroom.
